CLAUDE CREIGHTON
Claude Creighton is an Adelaide-based artist and puppet-maker whose practice bridges sculpture, experimental performance, and contemporary folk-art traditions. As the founding member of WHEAT, a community-focused puppetry collective, Creighton develops large-scale creatures and performance forms that explore storytelling, embodiment, and collective action. During their time in the sharehouse gallery, they are using the space as a dedicated workshop and rehearsal site for puppet construction, movement experiments, and the development of new theatrical works.
